Rick has been advocating on behalf of injured workers for more than 30 years, beginning in the mining industry. When employed in the public sector, He worked for the the Office of the Worker Adviser Ministry of Labour for 26 years. Douglas Sigurdson - Board Member


Doug has been a valued member of our organization as both a volunteer and as our business manager.  He has now joined our board of directors.

Tammy Van Roon - Business Manager 

Tammy is a long time Elliot Laker with  many years’ business experience. Tammy is responsible for the day to day operations at both the shelter and the sunshine shop.


Stephen Belleheumer- Shelter Coordinator

Stephen is responsible for our Daycare, Boarding, Surrender and Adoption services.
